1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or accessing any content on PSM TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or hold a subscription. Minors may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free TV Service

• Free live channels are available without registration or a paid subscription.
• Free content is supported by advertising and may include ads before or during playback.
• Channel lineups, programming, and availability may change at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to free channels.

4. Subscriptions & Premium Content

• Subscription plans: Premium features and content require an active paid subscription. Different plan tiers provide different levels of access, video quality, and features, as described on our Plans page.
• Access license: A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for your own private viewing. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
• Availability: Specific titles and channels may be added or removed over time and are not guaranteed to remain available for the life of your subscription.

5. Payments, Billing & Renewals

• Card payments: Paid subscriptions are billed to the credit or debit card you provide. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your card for the applicable fees and taxes.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not refunded or pro-rated.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successfully processed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly display our premium content.
• Record, download (except where expressly permitted), or rip streams.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access controls or content-protection (DRM) measures.
• Use bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated tools to access the service.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the service.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform or infrastructure.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your subscription grants a viewing license only, not ownership of any content.
• Creators who upload content retain ownership of their own intellectual property and grant us a license to host and distribute it on the platform.
• We may remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

8. User-Submitted & Creator Content

If you submit, upload, or stream content through the platform, you are solely responsible for it and represent that you have all rights necessary to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, and distribute that content for the operation and promotion of the service. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or others. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, or that any specific content will remain accessible.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from your device, internet connection, or third-party services outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Squirrel Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting an updated date or notifying you within the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
